Kids Café at the Amarillo North Grand Campus

Skip lunch to serve lunch! Summer Lunch at Hillside Amarillo North Grand is a free lunch and weekend food program offered to children 18 and under. It is provided in partnership with the High Plains Food Bank and Snack Pak 4 Kids. Lunch will be served Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. at the Amarillo North Grand Campus.

Volunteers are needed:
June 5 – August 11
Monday – Friday
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Volunteers will set up, serve the food, get to know the families, and help with clean up. On Fridays, Snack Paks will be passed out to each child after lunch.

Who can go to camp?
High School: incoming 9th grade – high school graduates
Middle School: incoming 6th – 8th grade
Elementary: incoming 3rd – 5th grade

Camp Celebration Weekend

August 5 and 6 is Camp Celebration Weekend! During all weekend services at all Hillside campus locations we will be remembering and celebrating what God did at Camp. The whole family is invited to join in the celebration. Any student or child who makes the decision to be baptized while at Camp will have the chance to be baptized that weekend. Find out more HERE.

Back to School Bash

The Back to School Bash is an annual celebration at the Amarillo North Grand Campus. At this year’s event on August 12, families will have the chance to purchase new athletic shoes for their children for $5 a pair.

All money collected will benefit Mission Amarillo who has worked to provide our community with over 7,500 pairs of shoes since 2010.

Date: Saturday, August 12, 2017
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Amarillo North Grand Campus

There are also lots of great opportunities to serve at the event. Volunteers are needed August 12 from 8:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Volunteers should be in high school or older. A background check is required for all volunteers. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for volunteers.
